To service our patients better we continue to maintain and add new carriers regularly. Questions regarding your benefits should be directed to the member services department of your insurance carrier.

It is the responsibility of patients to verify with their carrier specific coverage for services rendered. If insurance coverage is not available please contact our billing department for an alternative method of payment.

Obtaining referrals or authorizations as required by your carrier is important to ensure accurate and timely processing of your claims. Be sure to review and follow all guidelines for your carrier prior to your appointment. Payments for co-pays are expected at time of service. Patients can verify applicable radiology co-pays with their carrier if uncertain.

Accepted forms of payment are VISA/MasterCard, Check, Money Order, or Cash.
