Access is available to Healthcare Professionals & their employees through a secure network.  To ensure privacy and HIPAA compliance, all referring providers (and associated staff) must have a user ID and password.

 

Please review the confidentially agreement, complete the confidentiality form, and return it via fax to (609) 261-2519. If you are a VMG practice, please use this form.  Our PACS Coordinator will contact you to review Web set-up, provide log-in information, and schedule a training session.
